1. Our Commitment
At Al-Tajweed ul Quran Academy, we believe in fairness, transparency, and honest communication with every family. Our growing team of 3 female teachers with over 15 years of experience is dedicated to delivering excellence in every class.
2. Up to 3 Trial Classes
Parents may request up to three trial classes. Trial classes allow parents to properly evaluate our teaching style before officially enrolling. If both the parent and the academy agree to continue, regular classes will begin seamlessly.
3. Fees & Payments
Fees are discussed individually and determined based on the specific course, schedule, learning goals, and student requirements. There are absolutely no hidden charges, and all payment arrangements are agreed upon transparently before classes begin.
4. Refund Eligibility
We handle each family's situation with care. Refund requests are reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis. If payment has been made for future classes that have not yet started, parents may contact the academy directly to discuss available options.
5. Missed Classes
If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the teacher's availability. We kindly request parents to inform the academy as early as possible if a student will be absent.
6. Teacher Availability
If the academy needs to reschedule a session due to teacher availability or an unforeseen circumstance, a suitable replacement class will be arranged whenever possible, ensuring your child's learning progress is maintained.
7. Cancellation Requests
Parents wishing to completely discontinue classes should notify the academy in advance. This prior notice is greatly appreciated as it helps us schedule our teachers appropriately and offer learning slots to other waiting students.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that completed classes and educational services that have already been provided are generally not eligible for refunds. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining fairness for our dedicated teaching staff.
