2. Our Services

Al-Tajweed ul Quran Academy provides comprehensive online Quran education. Our growing team of 3 female Quran teachers offers high-quality instruction backed by 15+ years of experience. Our curriculum includes:

• Noorani Qaida
• Nazra with Tajweed
• Quran Memorization (Hifz)
• Basic Islamic Education

To ensure a reliable learning experience, all our interactive classes are conducted exclusively through Zoom and Google Meet. We also utilize WhatsApp for essential communication and scheduling purposes.

3. Up to 3 Trial Classes

We invite parents to request up to three trial classes to experience our teaching methodology firsthand. Continuation of classes after the trial period depends entirely on mutual agreement between the parent, the student, and the academy. We provide authentic learning experiences and make no false guarantees regarding student progress, as success relies heavily on individual effort and consistency.

4. Student Responsibilities

To maintain a productive learning environment, students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually
• Respect the teacher at all times
• Complete assigned practice and homework
• Maintain a stable internet connection
• Participate actively and respectfully

5. Parent Responsibilities

Parents play a crucial role in their child's educational journey. We kindly ask parents to:

• Support and encourage their children during their learning
• Maintain open and consistent communication with the academy
• Inform the administration promptly regarding any schedule changes or absences
• Provide a quiet, distraction-free and suitable learning environment at home

6. Attendance & Scheduling

We offer flexible schedules tailored to our students' needs. However, we require advance notice for any class cancellations. Missed classes will be handled according to our standard academy policy. All scheduling and rescheduling are coordinated individually to ensure optimal convenience and learning continuity.

7. Payments

Fee structures are discussed and agreed upon individually prior to enrollment. Fees depend on the selected course, the schedule frequency, and the student's specific learning goals. We believe in complete transparency, and there are absolutely no hidden charges.

8. Online Learning Environment

Our academy is committed to providing a safe and productive digital classroom. We strictly expect respectful behaviour and appropriate language from all participants. Furthermore, to protect privacy, recording of any class session without explicit prior permission from the academy is strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website, including text, graphics, and proprietary educational material, belongs exclusively to Al-Tajweed ul Quran Academy. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced in any format without our explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Al-Tajweed ul Quran Academy is not responsible for disruptions beyond our direct control. This includes local internet outages, hardware failures, or any third-party technical issues that may temporarily affect class delivery.
